The product

The screen your team will live in all day

Subscribers, revenue, tickets and network health side by side, with the AI assistant one keystroke away. No tab-switching between four systems to answer one question.

The platform

One platform where your whole ISP actually lives

Most ISPs run billing in one system, support in another, and the network by hand. NexaQuid replaces that patchwork with a single record of the customer and a single record of the network.

All-in-one ISP operating system

Billing, CRM, ticketing, inventory, HR and NOC stop living in separate tools. One record of the customer, one record of the network.

AI-powered intelligence

AI answers calls and chats, triages tickets, reads monitoring data and explains outages in plain language — around the clock.

Cloud-native and scalable

Multi-tenant from the first line of code. Start on shared infrastructure, move to dedicated or on-premise without changing platform.

Secure and enterprise-grade

MFA, role-based access control, audit logs, encryption and strict tenant isolation across every module and every API.

14 modules

Switch on only what you need

Every module is independent. Run ticketing alone, or the full stack — feature flags and per-module permissions decide what each tenant sees, and you are billed accordingly.

AI Voice Agent

Answers inbound calls in natural language, runs first-line troubleshooting, and creates a ticket with a written summary before the caller hangs up.

My internet has been down since this morning.
I can see your ONU is offline and your account is fully paid. There is no outage in Kilimani, so this looks local to your line. Can you check whether the power light on the white box is on?
It is completely off.
Thank you. I have booked a technician for tomorrow between 9 and 11am and sent you a confirmation SMS.

Built for real networks

Software that has stood in front of the actual rack

NexaQuid is built with ISPs, in the field — where reconnections happen at midnight, fibre gets cut by a digger, and the billing run cannot wait for anyone.

Network automation

From invoice paid to port provisioned — without touching a router

NexaQuid speaks the protocols your equipment already speaks, so a mixed-vendor network is the normal case rather than a special project.

FAQ

Questions ISPs ask us first

If yours is not here, the fastest answer is a 30-minute call with someone who has run a network.

Do I have to take the whole platform?

No. Every module is independently switchable per tenant. Run ticketing alone, or CRM and inventory, or the full stack — you are billed for what you enable and you can add modules as you grow.

Which network vendors do you support?

MikroTik first, then Huawei, Ubiquiti, Cisco, Juniper and ZTE. Integration is over standard protocols — SNMP, SSH, NETCONF, RESTCONF, RADIUS and TR-069 — so mixed-vendor networks are the normal case, not an edge case.

How does M-Pesa billing work?

Invoices trigger an STK Push to the subscriber. Payment confirmation reconciles against the invoice automatically and, where you have enabled it, reconnects a suspended service without anyone touching a router.

Can I run this under my own brand?

Yes. White labelling covers your logo, domain, colours, invoice and email templates, SMS sender ID, customer portal, mobile app and even the AI assistant's identity. Your subscribers only ever see your brand.

Where is my data stored, and is it isolated from other ISPs?

Each tenant's customers, invoices, devices, configuration, reporting and AI memory are isolated. If you need stronger guarantees, Dedicated Cloud gives you your own database and On-Premise keeps everything inside your facility.

What does onboarding look like?

We import your existing subscriber base, connect your routers and payment channels, and configure your packages. Most small and mid-sized ISPs are live on core billing and CRM within a couple of weeks.

Get started

Stop running your ISP across six different tools

We are onboarding a small group of design partners for Phase 1 — core billing, CRM, ticketing and MikroTik provisioning. Partners help shape the roadmap and lock in founding pricing.

  • Boost operational efficiency
  • Reduce downtime and support costs
  • Improve customer satisfaction and retention
  • Make smarter, data-driven decisions
  • Scale your ISP with confidence
